Teeth Problems..Swallowed it again!
I have a lose crown. I have swallowed it whilst I ate breakfast this morning! In the UK we have a severe shortage of dentists. I successfully found one a couple of years ago run by non- English dentists. I have no problem with that, I don't care what country dentists are from if they are good at their profession. If anything, that is a comment about the state of this country and the idiots who have taken over the running of it. Anyway, this nice Greek fellow fixed my loose crown and cleaned my teeth and repaired a filling. Great. He moved on..back to Greece possibly, and the dental practise couldn't supply a replacement. My crown fell out a few months ago, the first time, and so I did without for a while, maybe stuck it back in for those "want to look my best" occasions and risk it. Then one morning I swallowed it chomping on some fruit. I got it back the following morning and, after hygiene requirements were fulfilled, and the purchase of a first aid tooth kit, it was returned to where it belongs. This morning around 10 am I noticed a gap in my mouth. The tooth has disappeared yet again. It must have wondered off amongst a gulp of mueseli and milk and slid down the throat on it's latest repeated adventure. Can the tooth suffive intact another bodily passage?
Will I manage to sift through the "roughage" successfully?
Will I remember before flushing?
Will I have a severe interior blockage and need professional internal tooth extraction? Don't know, but I hope for the best! |
