Big Changes Promise Much, but Seldom Deliver From here in the UK I see excitement at Barack Obama's Democratic nomination for President and hope of big changes for the better should he be elected. I too hope for the same but I do not expect to see it either in the USA or the UK. Obama may become the first Black President, Hilary Clinton was apparantly hoping to become the first female president. In my view it doesn't really matter because either would be just a figurehead presenting the Politics on behalf of others. Benjamin Disraelli 1844 Prime Minister of England said, "The world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes." Obama is a high ranking freemason just like almost every US president there has been..including Clinton and Bush. Do you really think he has got to his present position on merit alone? If elected, he will toe the line or be removed! Contributor's Note Do some of your own reseach if you think I am wrong.
